Product Description
Coral Valid (Validamycin 8% SL) is a soluble liquid antibiotic fungicide that provides effective control of fungal diseases caused by Rhizoctonia species. It is rapidly absorbed by plant tissues and suppresses fungal growth, reducing disease development and protecting crop health. It is particularly effective against sheath blight in rice and other registered crops.
Mode of Action
- Validamycin is an antibiotic fungicide with systemic activity.
- It inhibits the trehalase enzyme, disrupting carbohydrate metabolism and preventing fungal hyphal growth.
- It effectively suppresses diseases caused by Rhizoctonia species.
- It provides preventive and curative disease control while promoting healthy crop development.
Directions for Use
- Apply according to the recommended rate for each crop and disease.
- Begin application at the first appearance of disease symptoms.
- Repeat application every 7–14 days if disease pressure persists.
- Ensure thorough and uniform coverage of the crop.
